私は、不動産のサラリーマンを10 年、独立し不動産・飲食店経営に携わり20 年を経験してきました。多忙な時期でも、仕事だけではなく趣味のバイク・サーフィン・ゴルフなど、仕事と趣味や遊びに境界線を引かないライフスタイルを送るように心掛けてきました。このような生き方が正しいのかどうかわかりませんが、人生を楽しむうえで重要なパーツだと思います。経験上、ライフスタイルを良くすることで、仕事もさらに良くなり、大きなシナジー（相乗効果）が生まれることを学びました。そして、今だからこそできるやりたいことに自分の時間を費やしたいという思いが強くなっていました。

昨今、人の流れは郊外から都心にシフトしてきています。しかし、都心に人が集中しすぎると数十年後には社会が成り立たないのではないかと懸念がありました。私は『自然豊かな、海や山でしか味わえない大人のスポーツや、大人の楽しみ方』をもっと広げたいという思いと、郊外にも人をシフトさせることでサステナビリティのある社会になるのではないかという思いをきっかけにB stand+ プロジェクトを考えました。B stand + のコンセプトを共通認識とした上で、『大人の楽しみ方』を知るきっかけにしていただければと思います。

そして、30 年間私を育ててくれた町、箕面だからこそ本プロジェクトを立ち上げようと思いました。箕面エリアには豊かな自然があり、プロジェクトを進めるうえでベストな環境です。環境問題がより深刻化する中で、日本企業はまだまだ先進諸国に比べて環境に対する意識が低いのが現状です。B stand ＋では環境に配慮したもの、長く大切に使えるもの、人にも動物にも優しいものだけを選びます。今回のプロジェクトを通して地球に与える影響は１％にも及びません。しかし、０％ではありません。小さなことでも『行うこと』こそが大切です。

お客様とB stand+ のコンセプトを共有し、ものを大切にする、動物とのふれあいや海洋汚染などの環境問題などに少しでも貢献していきます。また、自然との共存だけでなく、人と人とのコミュニケーションも重要だと考えます。好きなものを通して出会った人は『人生の宝』です。B stand ＋は、趣味を愛する大人たちや、その家族たちにとってのサードプレイスを目指しました。

Having been successful in managing an independent real estate firm and multiple restaurants for the last 20 years, I started working as an employed estate agent 30 years ago. I have been trying to live a lifestyle that does not draw a boundary line between work and my hobbies. I enjoy motorbikes, surfing and golfing. I have learned from experience that a good work life balance is necessary to improve work efficiency through the positive synergy and work life balance. Spending time on my hobbies and interests has become part of my work, and with that, enjoyment and fulfilment I feel from work has significantly increased.

Recently, with the global trend of urbanisation and the general flow of people from the suburbs to the city centre, changing the dynamics of life and business. However, with this ongoing trend, there is a concern that the functioning cogs of society will start to decay. I believe, “There are many sports and aspects that can only be enjoyed in mountains and seas in full of nature”.

My desire to share this way of thinking led me to consider the necessary aspects of a sustainable society. People shouldn’t lose the connection to nature. With this in mind, I decided to move my operations to the suburbs, Minoh. The main concept of B Stand + is, “understanding human interests and the value of nature” thus, “understanding the importance of sports throughout life”

My youthful experience I had in Minoh has helped me to grow up as an individual. I am able to understand the beauty of nature and the needed synchronicity of nature and the city. The Minoh area has a good balance of accessibility and nature. I find the Minoh area the best environment for my project, B Stand +. With the concerns of global warming reaching an all-time high, compared to other developed nations, Japan is yet to understand the gravity of global warming. B Stand + aims to bridge this gap by prioritizing the environment by selling long lasting, quality goods which are safe to our future. We hope this movement and global concern can become mainstream in Japan.

The B Stand + vision is to create a better Japan which is able to sustainably coexist with nature, while also letting each customer feel the treasures of life. The impact of this project on the earth may be small, but is not zero. Therefore I believe action propelled by significance and belief is important. We wish to become your second home, the third place.
